Overheard on Twitter: Bandwagon Jumped

Big Bad Bill Mahon is apparently dropping some new media game at a meeting of staff involved with communication (read: PR) at Penn State.

Don’t get your hopes up though.

Penn State Live produces a lot of content, but the organization still doesn’t understand how best to use Twitter. The @PennStateLive account is just used to broadcast blog updates; it follows 0 people. Likewise, the iPhone app will probably just be a front end to access the same content already available at live.psu.edu.
