Police Searching For Microphone Thieves, Kanye West Not Considered A Suspect

In an incident reminiscent of what Lord Yeezus did to Taylor Swift at the 2009 VMAs, State College Police are looking for two suspects in connection with a microphone theft at Icy Snow Karaoke downtown.

On April 11th at around 12:21 a.m., two males entered Icy Snow Karaoke at 204 W. College Avenue. The suspects quickly decided they weren’t a fan of Piano Man covers, and took it upon themselves to stop the music. Once inside, the two searched each of the rooms until entering the room in which the microphones were located, and promptly stole them. After obtaining the equipment, they promptly then left the business around 12:23 a.m. with two handheld wireless microphones in tow, clearly hoping nobody ever attempted an ear-wrenching rendition of Don’t Stop Believin’ ever again.

Both suspects are thought to have brown or dark hair. The first suspect was wearing a light blue sweater with khaki pants, and the second a two-tone green sweater with khaki pants, according to police. They also, evidently, hate fun. Police provided this security camera capture:
