Bon Jovi Coming Back to the Bryce Jordan Center
The Bryce Jordan Center will add another headliner to its spring concert slate, this time in the form of legendary rock band Bon Jovi.
The “Because We Can” tour will hit Penn State in February to promote the group’s twelfth studio album What About Now. An official announcement has yet to come from the Bryce Jordan Center, but Bon Jovi’s official website lists University Park as a location and the date falls between the Pittsburgh and Philadelphia stops.
The Bryce Jordan Center is expected to make an official announcement later today. Bon Jovi was at Penn State only two years ago as part of his last tour.
Fittingly, February 23rd is the anticipated date for this year’s downtown tradition of State Patty’s Day, making the concert a possible nightcap option for those drained from the day’s events.
The addition of Bon Jovi to the concert schedule makes February a big month for the Bryce Jordan Center, with Luke Bryan coming on February 8th and Tiesto on February 26th.

(Update 5:13 p.m.) – The Bryce Jordan Center has now officially announced this concert. Tickets will go on sale on Friday, January 25th at 10:00 a.m. starting at only $19.50.
