Friend of Jay Paterno Awarded Nobel Peace Prize

Obama_Penn_StateYou’ve undoubtedly heard by now that President Barack Obama was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for his “extraordinary efforts” at reengaging the world and bringing nuclear nonproliferation and Middle East peace conversations back to the forefront of the international community.

Reactions from some Penn State people have begun to trickle in.

Jay Paterno congratulated the President; Dean Christian Brady asked what the President did to merit it and questioned the politics of the Nobel Committee; and I am now pushing the University to award me a pre-emptive 4.0 for my “extraordinary efforts” at reengaging my homework and bringing urban geography and philosophy of technology back to the forefront of my dormroom desk.

Penn State and the Process of Life

American universities produce more research and relevant knowledge for the world at large than any other institutions I know of.
