Last night, Penn State’s men’s soccer team fell to St. Francis (Pa.) at Jeffrey Field in double overtime, 1-0.
There was not much scoring going on last night at Jeffrey Field, as Mark Wadid’s laser from the penalty area in the 34th minute was all the Nittany Lions needed to overcome Robert Morris. A solid effort both offensively and defensively for Penn State, including a shutout from junior goalkeeper Andrew Wolverton, prevented Robert Morris from reducing the goal deficit.
