With two national titles and four Big Ten Championships to its name, the Penn State Nittany Lions football program is coming off a year where it captured its first conference title under James Franklin. Known for tradition, Beaver Stadium, and Joe Paterno, the program is a point of pride in the community after the team persevered following harsh NCAA sanctions that eliminated wins and placed scholarship reductions on the program. The team will try to make even more strides with Saquon Barkley and Trace McSorley leading the charge for the 2017 season.
