This year's headliners are Scorey and yvngxchris, two popular upcoming rappers.
Mezeh, located under The Maxxen, has extended its hours to 1 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
"Emilia" depicts the life of Emilia Lanier, a feminist poet who wrote controversial poems about women's rights during a time when it was frowned upon.
The events will take place throughout the month and work toward raising awareness in the Penn State community.
