‘Absolute Bullshit’: Fans React To Penn State-Indiana Officiating

It’s safe to say Penn Staters aren’t too happy following the No. 8 Nittany Lions’ heartbreaking 36-35 overtime loss to Indiana.

The game came down to a gutsy two-point conversion for the Hoosiers. Quarterback Michael Penix Jr. scrambled to the left side and stretched for the pylon, ultimately leading to the win following an incredibly long replay review.

Questioning the officials’ decision-making and reasoning, Penn State fans took to Twitter to offer their honest opinions on the game’s wild finale.

Some fans said they didn’t care about the call solely because Penn State “didn’t deserve to win.”

A few fans went so far as to question James Franklin’s coaching abilities following an all-too-familiar disappointing loss.
