The UPUA general assembly meeting last night was more uneventful than usual, lacking any unanimous voting on extremely important legislation or memorandums that somehow have the word "penis" in them.
The #4 Penn State women's volleyball team got off to a great start in the Big Ten on Wednesday night, as they defeated Nebraska 3-1 in front of a packed Rec Hall in the conference opener. This was Penn State's third win over a Top-10 opponent already this season.

Having played basketball herself at Notre Dame, many believed she would coach there to be closer to her home in Flint, Michigan. Thankfully, though, she's here for the long haul.
A town hall in the City of Brotherly Love turned quite un-loving for Tom Corbett as protests broke out against the Pennsylvania governor on issues ranging from welfare spending, Marcellus shale, the defunding of education and -- you guessed it -- Penn State. I really wish I didn’t have to do this. However, due to a recent trip back to Joie de Crêpe, I feel like I need to write a retraction of some sort. A place where I could once get the best crêpe I’ve ever eaten on this side of the Atlantic, has turned into an establishment I wouldn’t ever go back to. It’s bad, kids. Pretty damn bad.
