High School Senior Rachel Reiss Named Next Feature Twirler

One of the Blue Band's greatest traditions is the feature twirler, also known as the Blue Sapphire. With four-year twirler Matt Freeman set to graduate, there were open auditions to find his replacement. Rachel Reiss, an incoming freshman from Lancaster, found out on Friday that she was selected to replace Freeman.
