Penn State Ranked No. 1 Party School For Philadelphians

Once again, Penn State takes the top spot on a ranking list. The No. 1 spot on this list speaks to how well we, the students of Penn State, party when power-ranked against other universities popular among Philadelphia residents. Penn State beat out 20 other schools, including Rutgers, to claim the title.

As soon as I heard that Bill Ayers was going to be speaking at Penn State University, I knew what would happen next.
