Lock Boutique, which moved from Bellefonte to State College, is open 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
The free lecture will begin at 7 p.m. on Monday, January 23, at the State Theatre.
