Healthier than ice cream with an infinite number of toppings, the combination is drive girls in droves downtown to get their fix. The addition of two new businesses has led to a extreme price war, with owners vying to have not only the best prices but each claiming their flavors are the best. The 1,600 participants of Sunday's Beaver Stadium 5K were able to meet Sue Paterno, former Nittany Lion standout Franco Harris and other Penn State student-athletes as they finished the race - at the 50-yard line of Beaver Stadium. The record-breaking $80,000 raised for Special Olympics Pennsylvania was just an extra added bonus to the newest Blue-White Weekend tradition.
