The center will operate irregularly while beginning enhancement projects.
The event will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on October 18 and 19.
The block party serves as the official kickoff to Homecoming Week, featuring local food, dancing, and an appearance by this year’s Homecoming Court.
