Following a 16-17 season, head coach Mike Rhoades has filled out the Nittany Lions' roster ahead of the summer break.
The matchup was first reported in April.
Isaac was the second Penn State edge rusher drafted.
Last spring, Brown entered the transfer portal but eventually chose to return to Happy Valley and commit to head coach Mike Rhoades.
