The parade route will be closed from approximately 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and parking along College Avenue will be closed after 4 p.m.
Yibo "Robert" Wei is a 21-year-old Penn State student who's 6'1" and 160 pounds. He was last seen on Friday, November 3.
The media alert does not make it clear whether the District Attorney's office has been able to recover the deleted footage, but it's hard to imagine Parks Miller would call a press conference to announce the investigation yielded no new information or findings.
At the time the bill was passed, it was still unclear how the code would be limited to only student use. After the meeting, Facilities Chair Cody Heaton said he discussed the potential issue with other representatives and decided students would have to show their ID to receive the discount code.
