Ciekzi dropped 40 points, breaking her previous collegiate high by 13 points.
Allen's past jobs have taken him through Indiana, USF, Ole Miss, and several other college and high school programs.
Allen was most recently the head coach at Indiana, a position he was fired from in November.
Jacobs is the third Nittany Lion to declare for the draft.

Mruzik was one of 10 Big Ten players recognized as an AVCA All-American.
