Wisniewski, Dozier Appear on College HOF Ballot

Two Penn Staters -- offensive guard Steve Wisniewski and running back D.J. Dozier (right) -- will appear on this year's College Football Hall of Fame ballot, it was announced today. Student Cited Three Separate Times on State Patty’s Day

As first reported by The Daily Collegian (no link because the story didn't run online) and then called out by The School Philly, a Penn State student was cited by police three separate times for three different incidents on State Patty's Day this year all in a matter of about five hours.
