
One of Penn State's prized commitments for the 2013 football class had an interesting time when he opened the mailbox this afternoon.

Redshirt freshman Jared Fagnano, a 5'10" wide receiver from Akron, announced that he will be transferring to Penn State to join his brother Jake, redshirt senior and listed as the starting strong safety, in the first year of the O'Brien era.
