The Fraser Centre, once an empty parking lot that few thought would ever be completed, is starting to fill up with well known tenants. According to Target's website, as tipped off by The S-Zone, the major retailer will move into the Fraser Centre when it opens this fall.

Downtown State College's already impressive array of downtown bars will have another member when the Fraser Centre opens next fall. Federal Taphouse, which currently has locations in Harrisburg and Lancaster, will open its third restaurant and bar on the second floor State College's newest high rise.
