Lady Lions Upset by Michigan State in B1G Semifinals, 54-46

Despite a 23-point effort from Big Ten Player of the Year Maggie Lucas, the #1 seeded Lady Lions were upset by the #4 seeded Michigan State Spartans on Saturday night, 54-46.

Lucas Scores 34 as Lady Lions Beat Nebraska for Outright Big Ten Title

The Penn State Lady Lions basketball team clinched sole possession of the Big Ten Conference title for the second season in a row after beating Nebraska, 82-67, in Lincoln on Sunday night.

Lady Lions Fall to Minnesota, 89-81

For just the fourth time this season, the Lady Lions (23-4, 13-2) were handed a loss, this time by the Golden Gophers (17-12, 9-6) of Minnesota, 89-81. Set in Minneapolis Thursday night, and coming off of a huge conference title-clinching win against Michigan, Penn State couldn't get back on top after trailing by as many as 13 points in the second half.

Lady Lions Edge Michigan and Clinch Big Ten Title

In front of a Pink Zone crowd of over 14,000, the Lady Lions clinched at least a share of the Big Ten Championship with a win over Michigan, 68-57.
