University Health Services (UHS) announced Monday that it has investigated 38 mumps cases. Of those 38 cases, 17 have been confirmed by lab tests. The first confirmed mumps case was reported at University Park on January 29.
Crews will work to remove snow on roads and sidewalks around campus during this time, so those who regularly park on campus may not be able to.

The Borough of State College declared a snow emergency for the area ahead of tonight's approaching winter storm. The declaration states that all cars must be removed from Borough streets until the snowfall has ceased.
