Grand Jury Reveals Hundreds Abused In Altoona-Johnstown Diocese

A statewide grand jury determined that at least 50 priests or religious leaders in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown sexually abused hundreds of children over a period of 40 years, Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane announced Tuesday. Of those named in the grand jury testimony, there are priests who were connected to both Penn State and the State College area.
