Penn State men's soccer began conference play on a high note against No. 10 Indiana on Sunday afternoon. Coming off of a dominant 2-0 victory against James Madison, the Nittany Lions showcased strength, speed, and incredible goaltending to shut out Indiana 1-0. Junior Robby Sagel scored his first career goal to secure the victory for Penn State

With the takedown of host Notre Dame, the top-ranked Lions move to 8-0, with every win having come by way of sweep.

The offensive line provided Hackenberg with a comfortable cushion all game, and kept Buffalo from registering a single sack. The unit displayed poise, and showed signs that it was finally beginning to gel -- all without the help of Andrew Nelson, who left the game after being injured seconds before halftime.

Talk about a turn-around. After a deflating 27-10 loss in the season-opener last Saturday at Temple, Penn State was better in every facet today, allowing zero sacks in the home-opening win.
