Pennsylvania Wedding Showcase Sunday at BJC

Sunday! Sunday! Sunday! No, the Bryce Jordan Center won't be having a monster truck rally this weekend, but just about the exact opposite, actually. If you're a bride- or groom-to-be, if your friend or relative is, or if you're looking for something completely different than the Penn State-Eastern Michigan football game, then stop by the BJC from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. this Sunday, September 25, for the 2011 Pennsylvania Wedding Showcase.

Last week, Penn State scraped by Temple for a 14-10 win in Philadelphia. This week, Eastern Michigan provides the Nittany Lions with one final test before the start of the Big Ten season. Penn State will look to build up some momentum against the Eagles before heading to Bloomington to take on Indiana next week.

What’s Next for Women’s Volleyball?

The Penn State Women's Volleyball team dropped its Big Ten opener last night at No. 10 Nebraska. Attempting to recover after digging an early 0-2 hole, the fifth ranked Nittany Lions fell just short of pulling off their second five set, comeback victory in a month.

Unlike the memorable USC match, played at Rec Hall on August 27, fifth set magic would elude the Nittany Lions as the Cornhuskers hung on for the win.
