Penn State picked up its first win of the season Saturday afternoon in Ann Arbor.
THON will fill the Bryce Jordan Center with cardboard cutouts in February in lieu of traditional spectators.
This victory marks Penn State's first win in an athletic competition since March 10, 2020.
Between November 14 and 20, the department administered 1,381 tests, resulting in four new positives.
"The more the app is used, the more businesses are incentivized to follow the guidelines, which, in turn, helps our local economies."
Tuesday's added positives mostly stem from 5,700 tests that were pending from the week earlier.
