No one cared about that score, though. The team raised over $113,000 for kidney cancer research and is on pace to shatter last year's record.

It appears that Penn State wrestling coach Cael Sanderson is at it again as Chance Marsteller (Kennard-Dale HS, 160 lbs) became the third top-10 recruit to commit to the Nittany Lions for the Class of 2014.

Top ranked heavyweight Nick Nevills from Clovis, California, verbally committed to the three-time defending champs last night. Nevills completed a perfect 53-0 season during his junior year, including 44 pins, and committed to Penn State in 2014 over teams like Ohio State, Stanford, Oklahoma, and Oklahoma State.

Penn State men's hockey freshman goalie Eamon McAdam was drafted by the NHL's New York Islanders today in the third round with the 70th overall selection. McAdam was ranked as the sixth best North American goalie pre-draft by the NHL.

It was announced on Thursday morning that the Men's Basketball team will be sporting Aerographic jerseys this season, joining the likes of most of the Nike-sponsored teams within the Big Ten Conference.
