After a long commitment drought, James Franklin and Co. have picked up some steam, receiving their second commitment of the week from four-star safety Jonathan Sutherland.
Although a full plan from partner firm Populous has yet to be delivered, AD Sandy Barbour says that completion of the proposed renovations may reduce the capacity of Beaver Stadium.
"Other schools are contacting [Penn State targets] and telling them the NCAA is going to get involved and impose more sanctions...To insinuate that NCAA enforcement is looking at us and considering additional sanctions is preposterous," Barbour said.

Penn State's new Offensive Coordinator Joe Moorhead will be inducted into Fordham University's Athletic Hall Of Fame. Moorhead was a three-year starter at quarterback as a student, and served as the team's Head Coach from 2012 to 2015.
