With the NFL Combine in full swing this week in Indianapolis, Texans head coach Bill O'Brien took the podium to offer his first public comments on the removal of the NCAA sanctions against Penn State -- the sanctions O'Brien had to fight tooth and nail as the leader of the Nittany Lions.
Penn State's Pi Kappa Phi chapter has been sanctioned for violations of the risk management policy and standards of conduct, according to a press release from the national fraternity. The chapter has been on an interim suspension since early December, and will remain suspended through the end of the month, at which time they will be permitted to resume limited operations.
