The NCAA is getting in the email game this week, filing a motion for summary judgement (i.e. asking the court to rule in its favor sans trial based on the merits of the facts) based on the fact that Penn State willingly entered into the NCAA consent decree.
Citing threats to both individual trustees and tomorrow's board meeting in general, Penn State Police will provide extra security at tomorrow's meeting scheduled for 1:30 p.m. in The Penn Stater.
"We want the truth and that's all we've ever maintained from day one," Paterno said. "Because of the litigation on a lot of different fronts that's facing the NCAA, they're now being forced to produce documents and we're starting to get the truth and see that the story they put out initially is not what really happened."
Popular ridesharing service Uber, who is based out of San Francisco has been granted an experimental license to operate in State College, much to the dismay of two administrative law judges. The experimental license will be for tow years, and Uber was also granted another experimental license to operate in other parts of Pennsylvania.
Penn State fans will have a chance to aid the hungry prior to and after Saturday's game against Temple as there will be a food drive outside the Jordan Center this weekend.
According to Penn State News, approximately 115 tickets from Temple’s allotment for Saturday’s Penn State-Temple football game have been stolen and may be circulating through fans planning to attend the game.
