
Graduating weekend at Penn State is here, and student athletes will be walking across the stage and receiving diplomas in record numbers over the next few days. According to a press release, 109 student athletes from 26 different athletic programs will be taking part in this weekend's ceremonies along with seven Penn State cheerleaders and five Lionettes.

Approximately 12,821 Penn Staters will walk across the stage to receive a degree during commencement ceremonies University wide this weekend, including 9,100 at University Park. Onward State congratulations everyone receiving a diploma this weekend. You will always be Penn State!

The 2013 Coaches Caravan is in full swing and it looks like Bill O'Brien is showing attendees part of his lighter side.

Pennsylvania Auditor General Eugene DePasquale released a statement on Penn State's changes to its governing policy, which were adopted today at the Board of Trustees meeting. Previous auditor general Jack Wagner had called for significant changes in board structure in a report issued six months ago.
