Toll Brothers has informed Penn State of its interest in purchasing an alternative site to build a proposed luxury student housing development, instead of the planned site off Whitehall Road in Ferguson Township where concerns have been raised about potential effects on source water.

"We do not support nor do we condone racist, misogynistic, anti-Semitic, homophobic or other discriminatory messages or actions. Nor will we allow our University community to become a place where offensive words and behaviors take root."

This action comes after a court ruled earlier this year the university must reimburse a group of trustees who sued the university for their right to access documents related to Penn State's internal investigation of the Sandusky scandal.
