Penn State's Board of Trustees commended the efforts of THON 2018 during its public meeting Friday afternoon at the Penn Stater.

Penn State hasn't yet made legal moves to challenge the Labor Relations Board's ruling, but the university hasn't exactly taken it off the table in repeating it is "evaluating options going forward." Election details have yet to be determined.

Alvin de Levie, an attorney and civil rights advocate, announced that he is running for an alumni seat on the Penn State Board of Trustees, and he has the endorsement of Sue Paterno.
