Students noticed a considerable absence in the HUB this week -- beloved coffee and bagel spot Higher Grounds closed for good.
Higher Grounds disappeared from the HUB without warning this summer, leaving its regular visitors devastated.
In a rare meeting not held in the HUB, UPUA got some funding out of the way and kicked off the new semester with its first meeting back for the year.
“A lot of the guys have questions on how to do the things that their moms or girlfriends did for them in high school, whether it’s laundry or cooking, and I’m here to help them out with that,” Fisher said. “But I’m also a quality wingman.”
