One student received the opportunity of a lifetime when he got to paint Penn State's end zone at the Outback Bowl.
McDermott, a First-Year Council member, passed unexpectedly in December. He'll have be honored with a plaque and donation to a beloved nonprofit.
“When I came to Penn State, I knew that I wanted to be a part of this organization because I saw the support network it created for children and families impacted by childhood cancer, and how it had given them the chance to be so much more than their diagnosis.”
Students can now apply to be an instructor for the fall 2022 semester. The application closes on January 30.
Currently, more than 180 potential employers are expected to attend the fair on January 24.
