Penn State University Police and Public Safety Associate Vice President Charlie Noffsinger will retire before the new year.
Exams will be held at new times on Friday and Saturday at their originally scheduled locations.
As the higher-ranked team, Utah will don its red uniforms.

In order to qualify for a parking pass, students must have an active Penn State ID and account, as well as their vehicle's license plate and ownership information.
