
Penn State released a statement Friday afternoon in response to the Grand Jury's report and recommendations to change the culture of Greek life.

Along with the grand jury report released Friday that recommends 12 changes that should be made to law and university policy based on findings from a 10-month investigation of Greek life, Penn State issued its own 69-page response.

The law would be a "multi-tiered" system in which the punishment reflects the result of the hazing and would have a subsection restricting victim blaming in such cases.

Outgoing Centre County District Attorney Stacy Parks Miller outlined the Grand Jury investigation into Greek life at Penn State in light of Tim Piazza's death. As a result, the Grand Jury proposed 12 recommendations.
