Penn State To Meet Idaho In 2019 Season Opener

Penn State Athletic Director Sandy Barbour announced on Friday that the Nittany Lions will take on the Idaho Vandals of the Sun Belt Conference at Beaver Stadium in the 2019 season opener. The game is set for August 31. With the recent announcement, Idaho becomes the third Sun Belt opponent Penn State will face in as many consecutive years -- with Georgia State and Appalachian State slated for 2017 and 2018, respectively.
