The Sporting News released their annual preseason All-Big Ten team, and Penn State is one of two schools to have four players honored.
Penn State is represented on the list by Deion Barnes, Kyle Carter, Allen Robinson and John Urschel, tying it with some school from Ohio that has had serious disciplinary issues in the past few days.
First, there was the freshman season football ticket fiasco in June. Now, students are having difficulty buying on-campus parking permits for the upcoming year. Registration for parking permits opened at 8 a.m. today, but students were unable to access the website due to server errors.

Testimony in the preliminary hearing for the three embattled former Penn State administrators charged with concealing child sexual abuse is scheduled to continue this morning at 9 a.m. at the Dauphin County Courthouse in Harrisburg. If all goes according to schedule, proceedings should wrap up mid-afternoon as Judge William Wenner claims only three witnesses are left to testify.
Penn State basketball announced that coach Pat Chambers and athletic director David Joyner will hold a press conference on Wednesday to reveal a "special announcement."
Senior Vice President for Finance and Business Gary Schultz’s assistant testified that she delivered her boss confidential documents about Jerry Sandusky after becoming aware that the former football coach was charged with sexually abusing young boys. At this point in November 2011, she also knew about the investigation surrounding Schultz but "just wanted to help him out."
