Bill of Particulars for Sandusky Case Released

A bill of particulars was released this afternoon by Attorney General Linda Kelly, which outlines the dates and locations of the alleged sex-abuse crimes committed against ten minors by Jerry Sandusky, as well as the age of the alleged victims. This comes after Sandusky’s attorney, Joe Amendola, requested that this information be released so that the defense could prepare for the upcoming trial, which has a tentative start date of May 14.

Eight of the ten alleged victims were abused on Penn State’s campus, including five in the Lasch Football Building–the Penn State football locker room and practice facility where former coach and graduate assistant Mike McQueary claims to have seen abuse to Victim 2 take place.

The details of each victim are as follows:

Victim 1:

The alleged offenses occurred between 2005-2008, but the exact dates are unknown. The alleged offenses occurred at Sandusky’s home, a hotel near Sandusky’s house, and the school attended by the victim. The alleged victim’s age during the alleged abuse was 11-15. The alleged victim is unable to provide exact dates and times.

Victim 2:

The alleged offense occurred at the Lasch Football Building on March 1, 2002. The identity of Victim 2 is unknown. This is the incident that Mike McQueary allegedly walked in on.

Victim 3:

The alleged offenses occurred between the summer of 2000 and late 2002. The alleged offenses occurred at Sandusky’s house and in the Lasch Football Building. The alleged victim’s age during the alleged abuse was 13-15. The alleged victim is unable to provide exact dates and times.

Victim 4:

The alleged offenses occurred between 1996 and 2000. The alleged offenses occurred at Sandusky’s house, East Area Locker Room near the Lasch Football Building, the Toftrees Resort Hotel where the football team stays before home games, in Florida during December 1998 and January 1999 during bowl trips, in Texas during December 1999 during a bowl trip, in the Lasch Football Building, and in various Penn State dorms.The alleged victim’s age during the alleged abuse was 12-17. The alleged victim is unable to provide exact dates and times.

Victim 5:

The alleged offenses occurred between the fall of 1996 and 2002. The alleged offenses occurred in East Area Locker Rooms near the Lasch Football Building.The alleged victim’s age during the alleged abuse was 8-12. The alleged victim is unable to provide exact dates and times.

Victim 6:

The alleged offense occurred on May 3, 1998 between 7:00-9:00 p.m. The alleged offense occurred in the Lasch Football Building. The alleged victim’s age during the alleged abuse was 11.

Victim 7:

The alleged offenses occurred between 1996 and 1999.  The alleged offenses occurred at Sandusky’s house and the East Area Locker Room near the Lasch Football Building. The alleged victim’s age during the alleged abuse was 11-14. The alleged victim is unable to provide exact dates and times.

Victim 8:

The alleged offense occurred on Thursday or Friday in November 2000. The alleged offenses occurred in the Lasch Football Building. The alleged victim’s identity is unknown, but eye witnesses place the victim’s age between 11-13. This is the incident the Lasch Building janitors allegedly witnessed.

Victim 9:

The alleged offenses occurred between summer 2005 and 2009. The alleged offenses occurred at Sandusky’s house and at the State College Hilton Hotel. The alleged victim’s age during the alleged abuse was between 13-15/16. The alleged victim is unable to provide exact dates and times.

Victim 10:

The alleged offenses occurred between summer 1997 and 1999. The alleged offenses occurred at Sandusky’s house, the outdoor University pool, and in Sandusky’s car. The alleged victim’s age during the alleged abuse was between 10-12. The alleged victim is unable to provide exact dates and times.
