Franklin, Staff to Host Women’s Football Clinic

Female football fans will have a special chance to meet James Franklin and his staff for a session of football education and discussion at the Penn State Women’s Football Clinic from 5-9 p.m. on May 16.

It seems like it’ll be a pretty thorough event: Included in it are offensive and defensive breakout sessions, a keynote address by Franklin, a Q and A with the coaching staff, a tour of Beaver Stadium and the Lasch Building, and, best of all, dinner.

Registration for attendees is $100, $75 for university faculty and staff, and $25 for students with valid identification. Walk-up sign ups will also be available, starting at 4 p.m. at the Lasch Building on the day of the clinic.

As it is the 40th anniversary of Penn State football summer camps, Penn State will put on seven on-campus football camps.

Those interested can sign up or obtain more information here.

In case it wasn’t clear, you must be a female to register.
