
The Homecoming Executive Committee has announced the members of the 2010 Homecoming Court. The selectees are:
Ladies: Danielle DaSilva, Marina Johnson, Katherine Larimer, Jessica Pelliciotta, Katy Poole
Gentleman: Dan Cartwright, Dan Florencio, Curran McCready, Jared McKnight, Justin Ross
The ten hopefuls were chosen late Tuesday night after earning nominations from their peers, completing an application and interviewing with senior faculty, staff and distinguished members of the Penn State Alumni Association.

Beaver Stadium was bleeding blue and white Friday night as fans piled in for Football Eve, a celebration to kick off the start of the 2010 football season. The pep rally got off on the right foot with chants of "We are Penn State" and energetic music, courtesy of the Blue Band, echoing throughout the stadium.

This Friday at 8 A.M. tickets will go on sale for the Goo Goo Dolls featuring the Spill Canvas performing at the Eisenhower Auditorium. The concert, sponsored by the Center for the Performing Arts, will be held Oct. 19 at 7:30 p.m.
Students make up a majority of the borough population, but do not have any representation on borough council, with no direct input on such dull subjects as trash collection and bond financing. This situation is the result of the rational behaviour by each and every student, who for whatever reason do not devote 15 minutes to vote.
