Primary Element Hosts Spring Break Party

Whadup, playa? Primary Element, that’s what. And they’re making their rounds, giving State College a contact Swagger Buzz.

The hip-hop trio is set to perform an 18-and-up show at the Mezzanine, tonight at 9pm. For all of those moonlighters out there in Mezz-withdraw, this is the first party the dance club has thrown for the past few weeks. And needless to say, it’s going to be hot.

Coined The Spring Break Colors party, all the guys will be going hard on the mic for a rocking way to push off the pre-spring break work load. The theme is all about matching wardrobe with mood. If you got 99 problems and none of them are girls, I would suggest you go with the most flirtatious option– red. You can also ‘go hard’ if you show up dressed in black.

Tickets are $10 and are on sale online. They will also be availableĀ at the door. The Facebook group has around 380 people attending already, and space is expected to go fast. We all know what it’s like standing in line, so arriving early wouldn’t hurt. You also won’t lose your buzz standing in the cold.

Also taking the stage tonight is WVU rapperĀ Huey Mack. At 19, this wine and weed lover has already shared mics with some heavy hitters in the hip-hop game, such as Snoop Dog and Wiz Khalifa.

The show comes just a week after Primary Element, dropped their third album, Ambition. The first day, it had over 1,400 hits. Since then, Ambition has reached over 3,000 downloads. Their newest music is blowing up on laptops and iPods around the nation, getting plays in almost all 50 states. Well, except the weird ones like Oklahoma. If you don’t want to be left out of the loop, you can get a free copy on their website.
