Valley Celebrates Spring Release with Fashion Show

Valley Magazine kicked off Valley Week with a sweet fashion show Sunday at Campus Candy. As a release party for the Spring 2011 cover featuring Michal Berns, models strutted Sam McCloskey’s sense of style in this season’s new fashion by Connections, Flesh Decor and Mr. Charles with hair and makeup done by Lipstick. Sparking new trends such as white lace dresses and colorful feather hair accessories, it was refreshing to see something new for the distinctively warmer weather besides floral designs. I know how hard this might be, but it is time to set aside those Uggs and North Faces way back in the closet and make room for some new bright and bold ensembles. We can finally put away our clothing with the sole purpose of insulating body warmth and actually have the opportunity to expose some unique styles… and some skin. Maybe these photos will inspire you to frolic through the lush green valley of happiness and pollen. Spring is finally here!
