JoePa/Coach K Program to Air Thursday on ESPN

The historic and much-anticipated conversation moderated by Rece Davis between Joe Paterno and Duke’s men’s basketball coach Mike Krzyzewski, which took place last week, will be aired on ESPN and ESPNU this Thursday. The program will be shown Thursday, June 30th at 8 p.m. on ESPN and will continue at 9 p.m on ESPNU.

The ESPN program will include the full taping of the discussion between the two legendary coaches who each enjoy icon status in their respective sports. During the discussion, coaches fielded questions from a few of the 900 in attendance in Eisenhower in addition to video questions from Duke students located on campus in Durham, N.C. Former standout athletes from Duke and Penn State described their experiences playing for both coaches, and shared the impact each had on their lives and careers.

Get excited, it’s not every day that two coaches of this caliber, who have more than 1,301 winning games together, sit down and share their experiences.
