Gameday: Penn State vs. Illinois

By the time you read this, State College may already be covered in snow. According to AccuWeather, it will be a chilly 34 degrees at kickoff for Penn State versus Illinois. A winter storm warning is in effect, and between five and 10 inches of snow is expected.
