The prosecution called their final witness this morning, as Victim 9's mother took the stand. Sandusky approached Victim 9's mother during a Second Mile camp and said that he was interested in "hanging out" with Victim 9 outside of the camp. "I thought it was great. It was Jerry Sandusky. He's a very important person," she said.

Prosecution Drops One Charge

After a three day recess, court resumed Monday morning in Bellefonte. Proceedings began with arguments from both sides, after the defense asked for most of the 52 charges to be dropped, citing lack of evidence after hearing from all of the known alleged victims.
