Jerry Sandusky will return to the Centre Country Courthouse in Bellefonte this morning as he begins the fight for an appeal.
An evidentiary hearing has been set for 9:30 a.m. where the defense is expected to argue that they did not have enough time to prepare before trial. The defense team will look to provide evidence that proves Sandusky did not receive a fair trial as is typical for the beginning stages of the appeals process.
