Anthony Lubrano Wants a Refund for the Freeh Report

Anthony Lubrano called for a refund of the $6.5 million Penn State spent to commission Freeh report today, becoming the fourth Penn State trustee to do so since the independent Paterno report was released. He released this statement, via the Penn Staters for Responsible Stewardship group.
