Update: The winner of the Onward State Spring Break Photo Contest 13′ is Photo #3 by Kevin Christopher for his photo of Penn State Habitat For Humanity showing some love in Florida with 271 votes. Second place is Photo #5 from Chris Exas of a friend and him reppin’ THON and PSU on a mountain summit in Colorado. Third place is photo #9 with 173 votes by Daniel J.
